減壓閥
(1)調壓范圍
減壓(ya)閥(fa)的(de)(de)調壓(ya)范圍(wei)是(shi)指(zhi)將(jiang)調壓(ya)閥(fa)的(de)(de)調壓(ya)手輪從全松到全閉時(shi),閥(fa)出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)的(de)(de)可調范圍(wei)。減壓(ya)閥(fa)的(de)(de)出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)范圍(wei)應(ying)該(gai)隨著調壓(ya)手輪的(de)(de)調節而(er)平穩(wen)的(de)(de)上升(sheng)或(huo)下降,不應(ying)該(gai)有突(tu)跳和(he)遲滯現(xian)象。
(2)壓力穩定性
壓(ya)(ya)力穩(wen)定性是指出口壓(ya)(ya)力的振擺。對(dui)于公稱(cheng)壓(ya)(ya)力為16Mpa以上的減壓(ya)(ya)閥,一般會要求壓(ya)(ya)力振擺值不超過±0.5Mpa;對(dui)于公稱(cheng)壓(ya)(ya)力為16Mpa以下的減壓(ya)(ya)閥,壓(ya)(ya)力振擺值不超過±0.3Mpa。
(3)壓力偏移
壓(ya)力偏(pian)移是(shi)指出(chu)油口的調定壓(ya)力在規(gui)定時間內的偏(pian)移量。一般按1min計算(suan),對(dui)采用Ha、Hb、Hc、Hd四根(gen)不同調壓(ya)彈(dan)簧的減壓(ya)閥,其壓(ya)力偏(pian)移值一般對(dui)應要求為0.2Mpa、0.4Mpa、0.6Mpa和1.0Mpa。
(4)進(jin)口壓力變(bian)化(hua)引起的出口壓力變(bian)化(hua)量
當減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)(fa)進口(kou)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)變(bian)化(hua)(hua)(hua)時(shi),必然對出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)產(chan)生影響,出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)的波(bo)動值越小(xiao),減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)(fa)的靜性能也(ye)越好。測試時(shi),一般使被(bei)試減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)(fa)的進口(kou)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)在比調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)范圍的低(di)值高2MPa至(zhi)公稱(cheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)的范圍內變(bian)化(hua)(hua)(hua)時(shi),測量(liang)出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)的變(bian)化(hua)(hua)(hua)量(liang)。對于采用Ha、Hb、Hc、Hd四根不同調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)彈簧的先導(dao)式減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)(fa),一般規定(ding),其壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)偏(pian)移(yi)值分別不超過0.2Mpa、0.4Mpa、0.6Mpa和(he)0.8Mpa。
(5)流量(liang)變(bian)化引(yin)起(qi)的(de)出口(kou)壓(ya)力的(de)變(bian)化量(liang)
當(dang)減(jian)壓(ya)閥(fa)(fa)的(de)進(jin)口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li)恒定時,通過閥(fa)(fa)的(de)流(liu)(liu)量(liang)變(bian)化(hua)往往引起出口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li)的(de)變(bian)化(hua),使出口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li)不能(neng)保持調定值(zhi)。測試(shi)時,是被試(shi)減(jian)壓(ya)閥(fa)(fa)的(de)進(jin)口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li)調為公(gong)稱壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li),出口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li)為調壓(ya)范(fan)圍的(de)低值(zhi),當(dang)通過調壓(ya)閥(fa)(fa)的(de)流(liu)(liu)量(liang)從零至公(gong)稱流(liu)(liu)量(liang)范(fan)圍內變(bian)化(hua)時,減(jian)壓(ya)閥(fa)(fa)出口(kou)(kou)的(de)壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li)變(bian)化(hua)量(liang)。
(6)外泄漏量
外(wai)泄(xie)漏(lou)量(liang)是指當減(jian)壓(ya)閥(fa)起到(dao)減(jian)壓(ya)作用時,每分鐘從泄(xie)油(you)口(kou)流出(chu)的先導流量(liang)。其數值一般(ban)應該小于(yu)1.5~2.0L/min。測試時,是被試減(jian)壓(ya)閥(fa)的進口(kou)壓(ya)力調為(wei)(wei)公稱(cheng)壓(ya)力,出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力為(wei)(wei)調壓(ya)范圍的低值,測得的泄(xie)油(you)口(kou)流量(liang)即(ji)為(wei)(wei)外(wai)泄(xie)漏(lou)量(liang)。
(7)反向壓力損失
對于(yu)單向減壓閥(fa),當反向通過公稱流(liu)量時,減壓閥(fa)的壓力損失即為反向壓力損失。一(yi)般規(gui)定反向壓力損失應該小于(yu)0.4Mpa。
(8)動作可靠性
動(dong)(dong)作可靠性是指(zhi)減壓閥的出油口壓力在(zai)反復的升壓和(he)卸荷中,動(dong)(dong)作應該(gai)正常(chang)并且沒有(you)異常(chang)的聲音(yin)和(he)振(zhen)動(dong)(dong)。
6.2減(jian)壓閥(fa)的(de)動(dong)態(tai)性(xing)能

技術實現要素:
本實用新型的目的在于:為了解決上述問題,而提出的一種先導活塞式氣體減壓閥。先導活塞式氣體減壓閥屬于先導活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)式減壓閥(fa)。由(you)(you)主閥(fa)和導閥(fa)兩部分組(zu)成。主閥(fa)主要由(you)(you)閥(fa)座、主閥(fa)盤、活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)、彈簧(huang)等零件組(zu)成。導閥(fa)主要由(you)(you)閥(fa)座、閥(fa)瓣(ban)、膜(mo)片(pian)、彈簧(huang)、調(diao)節彈簧(huang)等零件組(zu)成。通過調(diao)節調(diao)節彈簧(huang)壓力設(she)定出口壓力、利用膜(mo)片(pian)傳感出口壓力變化,通過導閥(fa)啟(qi)閉(bi)驅動活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)調(diao)節主閥(fa)節流(liu)部位過流(liu)面(mian)積的(de)大(da)小,實現減壓穩(wen)壓功(gong)能。

減壓閥安裝前進行調試的主要步驟:
1、減(jian)壓(ya)閥(fa)在(zai)安裝前,檢(jian)查合格證是(shi)否(fou)和所需(xu)閥(fa)門(men)相符,外表是(shi)否(fou)有(you)嚴(yan)重損傷。充(chong)分沖洗(xi)管道,并(bing)對減(jian)壓(ya)閥(fa)進行沖洗(xi),如果減(jian)壓(ya)閥(fa)存放時(shi)間過長(chang),需(xu)對減(jian)壓(ya)閥(fa)內部進行充(chong)分清洗(xi),防止(zhi)有(you)顆粒物存留在(zai)閥(fa)門(men)內部。
2、如果閥(fa)(fa)門本身不帶壓力表,應該在閥(fa)(fa)前閥(fa)(fa)后(hou)安裝管道壓力表,以(yi)(yi)便(bian)測試工作(zuo)中減(jian)壓閥(fa)(fa)所承受的壓力的底線,我們(men)可以(yi)(yi)及時的對減(jian)壓閥(fa)(fa)進行操作(zuo)。
3、為了(le)不影響減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)使用效(xiao)果,同時(shi)考(kao)慮(lv)到安(an)(an)裝維護的(de)方便,一般減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)閥均(jun)應該安(an)(an)裝在水(shui)平管(guan)道(dao)上,波紋管(guan)式減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)閥為倒裝,蒸汽減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)閥、低溫(wen)減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)閥在安(an)(an)裝時(shi)一般都是水(shui)平安(an)(an)裝。
4、減(jian)壓(ya)閥(fa)在(zai)安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)前(qian)(qian)必須注意閥(fa)體上的(de)箭頭(tou)方向(xiang),箭頭(tou)指向(xiang)為介質(zhi)流動的(de)方向(xiang),不(bu)能裝(zhuang)反(fan)如果介質(zhi)中(zhong)含有雜質(zhi),可能會堵塞閥(fa)孔,須在(zai)減(jian)壓(ya)閥(fa)進口前(qian)(qian)1米(mi)左右安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)管道過(guo)濾器,過(guo)濾器目數在(zai)20目以(yi)上。
5、為了防止閥(fa)后(hou)壓力超壓發生事(shi)故,減壓閥(fa)出口端4米處應該安裝安全泄壓閥(fa),防止減壓閥(fa)在工作(zuo)中出現狀況。
減壓閥的調壓步驟
1、關閉減壓閥(fa)前的閘閥(fa),開(kai)啟減壓閥(fa)后的閘閥(fa),制(zhi)造(zao)下(xia)游低(di)壓環境;
2、將調節螺釘按逆時(shi)針旋轉至最上位置(相對出口(kou)壓力),然后關(guan)閉減(jian)壓閥后閘閥;
3、慢(man)慢(man)開(kai)啟減壓(ya)閥(fa)前的閘(zha)閥(fa)至全開(kai);
4、順時針慢慢旋轉(zhuan)調(diao)節螺(luo)釘,將(jiang)出口壓(ya)力調(diao)至(zhi)所需要的壓(ya)力(以閥后表(biao)壓(ya)為準);調(diao)整(zheng)好后,將(jiang)鎖(suo)(suo)緊螺(luo)母鎖(suo)(suo)緊,打開減壓(ya)閥后閘閥;
